Reservation
- How do I book?
- Naver booking is fastest — pick your designer and time slot with live availability. You can also call us at +82-2-465-6783.
- Can I request a specific designer?
- Yes. Menus are listed per designer on Naver booking, so you can choose directly.
- Do you take same-day bookings?
- Yes, if a slot is open. Same-day availability shows in real time on Naver booking.

Visit
- What are your hours?
- 10:00 - 20:00, every day of the week.
- Is there parking?
- We have no on-site parking. Please use the Ttukdo Market public lot nearby (KRW 1,500 per 30 minutes).
- How do I get there?
- From Seongsu Station Exit 3, walk 670m straight toward the cafe street on your right, then turn right. We're on the ground floor, opposite Ttukseom Shopping Center.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Credit cards, mobile payments and ZeroPay. Seoul Love and Seongdong gift cards are also accepted.
- Can I bring my pet?
- Yes, pets are welcome.

Service
- What's the difference between the 15 and 18 STEP head spa?
- The number of steps in the course. 15 STEP is KRW 180,000 and 18 STEP Premium is KRW 250,000 — we recommend one after checking your scalp.
- Is there a surcharge for long hair?
- Below the shoulder adds KRW 20,000 and below the chest adds KRW 30,000. We tell you before we begin.
- How long does a service take?
- It depends on the service and your hair length and condition. We'll give you an estimate when you book.
